Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 - 5 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Paremasan cheese - or use your own favorite hard cheese
- 1/2 to 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated - amount to taste
- 2 - 3 cups loosely packed fresh basil, stems removed and coursely chopped
- 1 tps dried oregano or a loosely packed cup fresh
- Olive Oil
Preparation:
Assemble all of the ingredients except the oil and mozzarella in a medium bowl. Drizzle with oil and stir just until all of the ingredients are coated. Spread on the prepared pizza crust then top with the Mozzarella cheese.Continue as per the pizza crust recipe.
