This is the final step before distribution. The finished beer is pumped into one of those six tanks in the back where it is held for bottling.
Since the tour I've been scratching my head about this room. I was told that those tanks are called bright tanks. Back in the fermentation room I learned that Redhook naturally carbonates its beer in the fermentation tanks. Calling these tanks bright tanks brings to mind bright beer which is fermented but uncarbonated beer. Puzzling, no?
