Description
Guide Review - Tasting Notes and Review of Sleeman Cream Ale 64Sleeman's Cream has a clear, pale yellow body with a rocky, white head sitting atop. The medium head falls away quickly. There isn't much to the nose, only some hints of malty sweetness. The flavor holds a bit more interest though the overall impression is rather light. It has a medium mouthfeel. The dominate flavor is sweet malt with a fair amount of balancing hops. The sweet and bitter linger in the mouth for some time. This light beer would pair well with lighter dishes such as salad or fish. Related Guide Picks |
