Guide Review - Tasting Notes and Review of Sleeman Cream Ale 64

Sleeman's Cream has a clear, pale yellow body with a rocky, white head sitting atop. The medium head falls away quickly. There isn't much to the nose, only some hints of malty sweetness. The flavor holds a bit more interest though the overall impression is rather light. It has a medium mouthfeel. The dominate flavor is sweet malt with a fair amount of balancing hops. The sweet and bitter linger in the mouth for some time. This light beer would pair well with lighter dishes such as salad or fish.
