The Bottom Line
I'm not sure what to make of this ale. It sounds very interesting - Pale malt, some wheat, and some light specialty roasted barley with Saaz hops, traditionally reserved for lagers especially Pilsner. But this potential for complexity fails to come through.

Cons
- Very little character and flavor
Description

Guide Review - Tasting Notes and Review of Redhook Blonde Ale
This ale is very clear and pale with a bit of copper in the color. It teases with a bit of malt in the nose but the taste is mostly flavorless. There is a slight malty sweetness and barely any detectable hops. It finishes very clean.
