The Bottom Line

On their website Peak says that this beer is "a complex hybrid between a West-Coast Pale Ale and a British-Style Pale Ale." The beer is actually a little less interesting than this sounds.

Guide Review - Tasting Notes and Review of Peak Organic's Pale Ale

Peak Pale Ale pours pale yellow with a thick, long lasting head. The nose is very sublte with hints of yeast and little else. Its flavor has the characteristic tangy sourness of the other Peak beers which blends well with sublte malt sweetness and a very decent mouthful of hops. Overall this is a perfectly enjoyable beer.
