Description
Guide Review - Tasting Notes and Review of Peak Organic's Pale AlePeak Pale Ale pours pale yellow with a thick, long lasting head. The nose is very sublte with hints of yeast and little else. Its flavor has the characteristic tangy sourness of the other Peak beers which blends well with sublte malt sweetness and a very decent mouthful of hops. Overall this is a perfectly enjoyable beer.
