Guide Review - Tasting Notes and Review of Peak Organic's Amber Ale

This amber pours amber/orange and just a little hazy with a medium off-white head. The nose is yeasty with cidery notes. First sip: a strong malty sweet character blends with the unusual tangy sourness that I noticed in all of Peak's products. By the second sip I was enjoying the complexity of this brew; complex, that is, when compared to other amber beers. It is well balanced and leaves a pleasent lingering hoppiness on the tongue.
