Description
Guide Review - O'Fallon Pumpkin Beer - Tasting Panel Notes and Review of O'Fallon Pumpkin BeerThere was a variety of words offered to describe the color of this beer - honey, dark wine, light amber, and orange. The aroma proved equally difficult to nail down. Notes of fruit, cloves, pine, citrus, coriander, banana-apple, and spice were reported. A complex nose, indeed. The flavor drew more of a consensus, though. It was generally judged as slightly sweet with significant spicy notes including coriander and cloves. Overall, the panel enjoyed this beer although they felt that it didn't quite compare to Buffalo Bill's.
