Guide Review - Tasting Notes and Review of Harmon Brewery Mt. Takhoma Blonde Ale

This blonde is very pale yellow and cloudy in the glass. The nose has a very nice yeasty aroma. The beer itself is rather bitter though not too much for the style. It also has a slightly smooth mouthfeel. It's a good accompaniment for most of the food served at Harmon.

My cons might not really seem like cons. A lot of people like a slice of lemon or orange in their beer, especially lighter styles. I don't object to it myself most of the time. But I wanted to point this out because the presence of citric acid in the beer probably affected the taste.
