Personalized Barbecue Apron with Nifty Beer Accessories

Beer lovers are a creative lot as evidenced by the vast array of beer products that appear on the market. Here’s my latest find: the personalized barbecue apron.

Where’s the beer angle, you ask. Well, the apron comes with an insulated beer pocket designed to keep the beer cool and at the perfect spot for a quick draw for any emergencies that should arise.

OK, that might not be all that impressive and quite frankly if that’s all that there were to it I probably wouldn’t mention it.

BUT, it also has what might be the most important development in beer technology for 2008, a retractable bottle opener. No more wasting valuable time between beers searching for the opener – I keep an opener in every room of the house and two strategically placed outside to prevent this. This baby just hangs on the side of the apron on a string that zips in and out. Check out this youtube video to see it in action.
