Coors's Beer Waste to Fuel DNC Convention

The Democratic Convention to be held in Colorado this year will be fueled by Coors. See, Coors makes E85 – the fuel made of 85% ethanol and 15% petroleum – from their beer waste. That phrase, beer waste, is the most intriguing part of this story to me. According to reports this is spillage from packaging and the beer that didn’t pass Coors’s QC.
