Beer & Food - An American History

I'm a big fan of beer books. When I'm not drinking beer I like to read about it. The latest addition to the growing list of beer books, Bob Skilnik's Beer & Food, was released this month. In this American history Skilnik tells the story of beer and food's close relationship over the years. It's a wonderfully entertaining and fascinating read. Check out my full review of Beer & Food.
