New Belgium Brewing Company Blue Paddle Pilsner Review

There are few Pilsners brewed outside of Europe that are noteworthy. This is a style that is too often misinterpreted into the watery, uninspired "light lagers" that dominate the beer market. New Belgium's Blue Paddle, though, is one worth trying. The brewers at NB worked hard to capture the subtle complexity found in the best Pilsners of Czech and Germany.
